Professional Warehouse Fence Manufacturer in China
In the warehousing and logistics everyday cycle, every time a forklift moves, there’s a potential risk to both people and equipment. Our Warehouse Fence series, with high-strength steel net fences, Hot-dip galvanizing with powder coating, crash protection columns, and fireproof guardrails, can take care of your worries in one go.
Our warehouse fencing has already passed strict impact tests. For example, the single-track railings can endure a 6-ton forklift hitting them at 9.6 km/h. Also, our self-developed Armorflex® material has a nanoscale “memory recovery” ability; it kind of rebounds on its own after a collision, and then you don’t have to do the extra rework again.
We can offer customized protection solutions based on your floor plan and those specific risk points. Reach out right now, and have a 1-on-1 chat with our senior engineers. Let’s build a solid defense line for your warehouse.
Products By Types

The chain system is suitable for complex terrain, and it is also kinda cost-effective. It can be used for the periphery of the warehouse, or for temporary isolation areas.

High-strength welded mesh, modular setup, kinda adaptable for a bunch of different warehouse divisions.

The 3D bending structure boosts the resistance to impact, gives it a rather beautiful appearance, and is fit for those with strict demands on the protection level and visual effect.

It is specially designed for automated equipment and robot workstations. It offers effective protection against welding slag and spatter. Ensure the safety of your employees.

It is equipped with a polymer or metal cover plate s that completely blocks the view. This protects privacy for internal operations and also shields against strong light.
High Security Protection Function
Our warehouse fence is not just a barrier net; it’s a sturdy and secure wall. It can stop cutting and climbing. The mesh follows the EN ISO 14120 safety norm, and the welded contact points are spaced at only 120 mm, which is pretty tight. It can work well to block tools from cutting or climbing. So you can safely shield your valuable equipment from being taken by outsiders. Also, the fence posts we use are made from specially shaped square tubes, and with the bottom expansion bolts, they can be fixed firmly into the ground. Even when someone tries deliberate damage, it stays solid.

30 Years + Extremely Long Corrosion-resistant Lifespan
Once the fence gets a bit rusty, its protective role starts to become useless. Our warehouse fence panels use the ISO 1461 hot dip galvanizing process, and then the RAL powder electrostatic spraying is added as well. The coating stays dense, and it is highly resistant to salt fog, plus there are dust-proof foot covers installed at the bottom of each post. For the fasteners, all bolts are treated with a Dacryl coating too, so you should not need a big scale swap within 30 years. Daily care is basically just simple cleaning and a quick bolt check once every six months. So if you purchase our warehouse fencing, you get long-term defense, not the constant extra burden of frequent repairs.

Cases of Warehouse Fence

In California, U.S., a big e-commerce logistics hub purchased our 3D Warehouse Fence and Armorflex flexible barriers for the perimeter area of the warehouse. This arrangement effectively kept forklifts from crashing into shelves and walls.

In Sydney, there’s a fresh food cold warehouse that picked our warehouse fences and also the sliding door system. These fences have been working in a damp environment for a long time now, and for about eight years they haven’t shown any rust or deformation.

There is an automotive parts storage center in Germany that has taken up our robot safety warehouse fence in pair with transparent polymer cover plates. The customers were extremely impressed with the security performance of our fence.

The storage area in a specific mining district in Chile sits along the coast, with really harsh conditions like high salt spray and quite often sandstorms. Our product stayed in perfect condition on its surface after going through extreme use for about two and a half years.
What Our Clients Say About Us
Sure, this is also the most economical protection strategy. Our modular system makes it easy to mix together welded net sections, flexible barrier panels, robotic fence elements, and safety doors in the same zone. For instance, the outer area uses welded nets as the base isolation, while the high-risk equipment zone is set up with flexible anti-collision barriers. Then, for the entrance passages, you can add sliding doors. This way, it can not only meet your requirements for graded protection, but also avoid the waste of costs caused by one unified high standard.
The required height depends on your protection goals and also on the specific regulations in that part of the area. Usually, an isolation storage zone or a pedestrian passage is enough, with a height around 1.2 to 1.5 meters.
But if you want people not to climb into the automated equipment zone, then it is better to set the height at ≥ 2 meters. When the goal is to stop forklift bumps, the height of the columns should be aligned with the strength of the guardrail. Also, please check the local safety standards, and our technical team can help you work out what height is most suitable.
When you’re installing the warehouse fence, please pay extra attention to several compliance issues:
- OSHA Guidelines: In the United States, you need to verify that the fence products match the applicable safety standards.
- Local zoning and permits: local zoning and permits: Different places can have their own rules, like limits for fence height and even what it should look like. So before installation, you should check with the local authorities.
- Visibility and access control: Access points should be prepared with security doors and appropriate locking levels, so emergency escape routes stay workable, and only authorized personnel can pass. Also, highly noticeable markings are used for safety awareness, for example, RAL 1023 signal yellow paint.
- Durability and weather resistance: The fence should be strong enough and made to resist corrosion and harsh weather.
If you want, we can help you connect with local regulatory requirements, so the project gets done in full compliance.
For daily care, you can just follow the steps as follows, and the system can run stably for a long time:
- Cleaning: Every month, take a soft, dry cloth and wipe the surface.
- Regular inspection: Every 6 months, check the fastening bolts, the connecting parts, and also the top end of the column.
- Lag bolt preload check: This is done once a year. Grab a torque wrench and check the preload of the installed lag bolts at the matching gear position.
- Troubleshooting steps: When something feels off, do this in order. First, check whether a collision happened → then check if the bolts are tightly fixed into the ground → then confirm the connecting components, the area between the crossbeam and the column, are firmly installed → check and count the damaged parts → then contact our after-sales service.
We highly recommend the “hot-dip galvanizing + RAL powder electrostatic spraying” process. The galvanizing layer follows ISO 1461, so it gives rust protection to the substrate, basically. After that, the surface layer is sprayed using RAL 1023 signal yellow (high visibility), or else RAL 7037 grey, and it offers strong adhesion, salt spray endurance, plus impact resistance too.
In some special environments, you can also pick polyester powder or epoxy powder, but in most cases the standard process is already enough for the majority of warehouse conditions. Plus, the color can be tailored to find that good balance between corrosion prevention and warning effects, in a practical way.
