Your Reliable Polymer Safety Barriers Supplier in China
Anping polymer safety barriers use flexible polymers as materials to efficiently absorb impact energy ranging from 3,850J to 21,350J, mitigating damage caused by high-speed impacts of heavy 6-ton forklifts. They serve as complete channel protection systems, mainly used to isolate pedestrian and vehicle channels and to provide anti-collision protection across the entire site.
To ensure the safe implementation of your project, all our Polymer Safety Barriers have undergone rigorous testing using Anping’s exclusive polymer flexible dynamic impact quality inspection system, which differs from the routine random inspections of ordinary guardrails. We have conducted exclusive special random inspections on polymer materials for weather resistance, aging resistance, and color loss, strictly controlling the flexible energy absorption, deformation recovery, and ground buffer protection performance. Complete, traceable, third-party official quality inspection reports are available for all our products. These documents help you pass safety compliance audits smoothly and cut costs from frequent on-site repairs in later stages.
Anti-impact, Low Replacement Cost
Our polymer safety barriers use our own ARMORFLEX nanomolecular reconstruction + three-layer, one-piece injection molding process to form a stable network molecular structure inside the material, which can have a long-term memory rebound effect. Although it is lightweight, the overall crash resistance is extremely strong, and heavy forklifts can resist fading and surface peeling under normal indoor & sheltered outdoor conditions. At the same time, our products are easy and efficient to install and do not require professional on-site secondary welding and cutting. Our products use a standard modular snap-fit structure. If the local fence is damaged at a later stage, it can be disassembled and replaced separately, which greatly improves your operation and maintenance efficiency and reduces costs.

Fade-proof, Zero Repaint Work
The raw materials for Anping polymer safety barriers use a full-body color mixing process. Before molding, the warning yellow pigment is fully integrated with HDPE and polypropylene polymer raw materials to form a single body. Even if the surface is scratched, the interior still retains the same color and will not fade or peel after long-term use. At the same time, in order to stabilize the performance of our products after long-term use indoors and outdoors, we also add special anti-scratch and wear-resistant additives and UV stabilizers to the raw materials to further optimize the raw materials formula. In the case of long-term outdoor exposure to the sun, the performance will not be degraded, and good energy absorption and elasticity of memory will be maintained. This reduces your labor costs for paint supplies and maintenance.
Shock Cushion, Floor Protection
Anping guardrail is made of flexible polymer material, which can disperse the impact force of forklifts, buffer the impact force, reduce the vibration transmission to the ground, and effectively prevent cracking of concrete floors. At the same time, we have equipped it with a thickened steel plate base, which is processed with electrophoretic primer and zinc-nickel double-layer anti-corrosion spraying technology. The bases are rust-proof, anti-slip, and firmly anchored. Even under heavy collisions from large forklifts, the base stays fixed without sliding or loosening. This flexible, energy-absorbing material and anti-corrosion, stable base help you avoid ground damage caused by the guardrail being hit, extend the service life of the ground, and reduce maintenance costs.

Full International Safety Certifications
Anping has full compliance with industrial safety qualifications to make your factory project fully compliant with safety regulations. Whether it is project completion acceptance or product export customs clearance, we can help you successfully pass various safety audits at home and abroad and avoid penalties.
All polymer safety guardrails are accompanied by complete paper and electronic qualification documents, including the following certifications:
- TÜV Rheinland Safety Certification
- CE Industrial Product Certification
- Tested in accordance with PAS13:2017 for impacts from up to 6-ton industrial forklifts (all data can be traced and verified)
- Polymer Sheet UL94 V0 Flame Retardant Certification
Applications of Our Polymer Safety Barriers

Our polymer safety barriers are made of flexible material and can rebound on impact without cracking the ground. They create clear separation between pedestrian and forklift routes, which greatly reduces your maintenance costs.

Our products meet the PAS13 collision avoidance standard; the flexible material fully cushions the impact, preventing accidental injury from rebounds. It can isolate the production line, avoid equipment collision failure, and reduce downtime losses for your project.

Anping polymer safety barriers are moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant, and will not rust or produce metal contaminants in high-humidity environments. Adapted to clean workshop standards, the material is environmentally friendly; you don’t need to spray anti-rust paint regularly.

You don’t need regular touch-ups and maintenance. Our product’s raw materials are mixed with UV stabilizers, which can withstand long-term exposure to the sun without aging or fading.

Our guardrails support you in replacing partial members individually without the need for a complete set of disassemblies. Moreover, on-site maintenance is fast, no site is occupied, and work is not stopped, which reduces the operation and maintenance expenses of factory facilities in the long run.

If your factory has frequent forklift operations or operates in humid environments with chemical exposure, polymer safety barriers are your ideal choice. They will not rust, and you will not need to paint them frequently for maintenance, which can save you a lot of maintenance expenses. If the site environment is dry and impact accidents rarely occur, steel guardrails are suitable. Steel has high hardness and is suitable for foundation protection in dry, non-corrosive environments.
Normally, you only need to rinse and wipe with clean water to remove dust stains. Polymer materials resist rust and will not peel paint. There is no need for rust removal, regular painting, or other maintenance. If accessories such as beams and columns are damaged, only the damaged parts need to be replaced separately.
Objectively speaking, the polymer material itself has two disadvantages: first, the initial procurement cost is slightly higher than that of traditional foundation steel guardrails; second, because it absorbs impact energy through elastic deformation, a small amount of rebound space needs to be reserved during installation, which is not suitable for installation with zero gaps in the wall.
However, taking into account its advantages such as automatic rebound upon impact, no damage to concrete floors, and no need for rust removal and touch-up paint, its comprehensive operation and maintenance cost (Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)) within 2-3 years is much lower than that of steel guardrails, making it an extremely cost-effective and safe investment for high-frequency forklift operation plants.
