High Strength Industrial Safety Fence Structure
We manufacture through reinforced welding technology. With firm weld points and the high rigidity, our industrial safety fences can withstand the daily collisions, equipment vibrations and structural loads caused by frequent use in industrial sites for a long time. The commonly used fences are welded with 4.0–5.0 mm high-strength steel wires. You can choose different mesh specifications according to the risk level. The height should be determined comprehensively based on the equipment type, hazard level, personnel exposure area and local safety regulations. The fence height applicable to different equipment varies.

Yes. For robot workstations, automated equipment and high-speed production lines, it is recommended for you to equip safety doors and safety interlock switches. When personnel open the safety door and enter the equipment area, the interlock device can be linked with the control system to prevent the equipment from mistakenly starting during maintenance. This can make on-site operations more safe.
There is no uniform size. The fence should prevent personnel from coming into contact with dangerous areas, and also reserve space for equipment maintenance, opening doors, and replacing molds. So different equipment such as robots, CNC machines, and stamping equipment have different requirements for safety distance.
For standard industrial equipment protection applications, a reasonable safety distance of at least 200 millimeters is typically maintained between the guardrail (as a common design reference) and the hazardous area.
Industrial safety fences usually use RAL 1023 traffic yellow and RAL 9005 black in combination, which has a prominent safety warning effect and is also the most common color scheme for robot workstations, automated production lines and mechanical equipment protection.
