Flexible Guardrail Supplier
Our flexible guardrail is a flexible anti-collision railing system specially designed for factories, warehousing and logistics centers, and automated production lines. It is made of flexible polymer material and a mature modular structure design. When subjected to low-speed collisions from forklifts, the railing can absorb and disperse the impact force through elastic deformation, reducing damage to the railing, the forklift, and the concrete floor.
Under actual impact testing conditions, our flexible barrier systems can withstand high-speed industrial vehicle impacts and buffer the impact force through the flexible structure. Some models have been tested to undergo an elastic deformation of more than 18° after being impacted, and can also meet the anti-collision protection requirements for industrial vehicles ranging from approximately 1.5 tons to 6 tons.

Our flexible guardrail is manufactured using the independently developed Armorflex high-performance impact-resistant material. Through optimizing the material formula and designing a multi-layer composite structure, the guardrail can provide you with excellent flexibility, strength and recovery performance when subjected to impact.
It consists of an energy absorption layer, a structural reinforcement layer and a wear-resistant and anti-aging layer. The different functional layers are proportioned reasonably to enhance the impact resistance while ensuring the durability and performance stability in long-term industrial environments. According to the impact test data, our flexible barrier systems can achieve a maximum impact resistance of 21,350J.

Our flexible guardrail is constructed with a combination of high-elastic polymer beams and high-strength steel columns. When a forklift or other industrial vehicle collides, the polymer beams will undergo controlled elastic deformation, absorbing up to 80% of the kinetic energy. This can reduce the direct impact force transmitted to the columns, anchor bolts, and concrete floor.
Traditional steel guardrails rely on their own rigidity to resist impacts. After a collision, they are easy to bend and deform. So they usually require repair or replacement as a whole.
However, our flexible guardrail utilizes the elasticity of polymer materials to absorb impact energy. In most medium and low-speed collisions, it can return to its original state, effectively decreasing the impact on guardrails, vehicles, and the ground.
In addition, the flexible guardrails are produced by an overall coloring process. This makes them less likely to peel and rust, which enables you to spend less time and cost for maintenance in the long run.

Flexible guardrail is mainly used to form continuous protective areas, such as pedestrian paths, forklift paths, equipment perimeters, and production area isolation. It can help you to establish clear routes for pedestrian and traffic segregation and reduce the risk of vehicles entering dangerous areas.
Flexible bollards mainly protect individual targets, such as building pillars, corners, door frames, distribution cabinets and equipment corners that are prone to vehicle impacts.

Flexible guardrail is usually installed using flange base plates in combination with chemical anchors or expansion bolts. It can be fixed on concrete industrial floors, steel platforms and other foundation surfaces with sufficient load-bearing capacity.
Whether you have concrete floors of varying thicknesses, steel platforms, or special foundations, we can recommend the appropriate anchoring methods, base plate specifications, and column configurations based on your site conditions.
You should consider the protected object and the collision risk. The protection requirements vary in different areas, and it is not necessarily the case that the higher the guardrail, the better.
The upper rail is mainly used for personnel isolation and area protection. The standard double impact beam configuration is usually 900–1100mm. If an area has high personnel flow and higher safety management requirements, we recommend that you select a higher scheme of 1100–1400mm to improve the area isolation effect.
The lower anti-collision rail is mainly used to withstand forklift collisions. The installation height is usually 400–600mm.

No. Most minor or moderate collisions will not render the entire flexible guardrail system unusable. After a collision, just need to inspect the polymer beams, posts, connectors, and anchoring system for damage.
If only individual components are damaged, you usually only replace the corresponding module, without the need to dismantle the entire set of guardrails. This reduces maintenance costs and also shortens downtime and minimizes the impact on normal production.
